Hi, first of all, thanks for your amazing contribution to the community. I have
followed your steps for the copter link and it works perfect with my PC Windows
7. It works on my Samsung Captivate with rooted ROM ICS but it force closes.
And on my Acer Iconia A500 with stock Android 3.2 Gen2 it links but it says no
data. Any help or guidance would be great. Thanks.

Please provide any additional information below.

Which version are you running? Does it provide a trace or bug track report?
I just installed version 8 on my phone to check, but my copter has older code
on it (still a 1280), so I wonder if that might make an impact. It shouldn't
though.

Until I get a new APM2, I won't be able to test. That should happen partway
this summer.

In the mean time, if you have a stack trace you can send, that would help me
figure out where its failing.

Thanks,
Bart

Bart,

Thanks for the quick reply. My tablet has version 9. My captivate, I cannot
find the version. I guess it is 8 because it gives me the option to upgrade to
9. Finally, where can I find the stack trace?

Best Regards.

Hi Bart,

This is exactly what I. was looking for. I installed from the market, but had
to download from this site and reinstall the previous version because the
latest version of Arducopter is using Ma link 1.0. Is there some reason that
the market version has reverted to Mavlink 0.9??

Everything seems to work except for the HUD. I'm still trying to sort that one
out. I'm running the Spark fun Silver BT Radio with a direct wired link to an
APM2.0 board for in-field tuning purposes. It's a new machine and still in the
bench top setup and testing stage. Your app is installed on a Motorola Xoom
tablet.

Thanks for all of your efforts!

Hi,
Its been reverted to the previous version, since as soon as I update to MAVLink
1.0, anybody flying with MAVLink 0.9 will lose communication.
I'm looking into how to ask a user whether they want to upgrade, before they
actually do.

Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for the support!
Bart.
