Disc Could Not be Read #1

No matter what dolphin is used or rom, the warning "The Disc could not be read (at 0x3bddf000 - 0x3bdee260). pops up when launching the ISO.

Had this problem too, my iso had custom skins + shine retextures, got an unmodified vanilla version of 1.02 ntsc and the problem went away

I am getting this The Disc could not be read (at 0x7070cb - 0x80002c2c) used unmodified vanilla 1.02 iso as well
