ISO built but won't run #8

In the stable version, when I try to launch the game from dolphin I get the melee crowd gasp and then a black screen. The frames are counting in the top right but I'm only getting 1 frame. In the experimental build the same thing happens without the crowd gasp audio.

I was able to fix this by disabling cheats. However, I don't have wolf on the CSS so I don't know what to do after that.

Make sure your Dolphin Slippi is up to date as well!

I also have this problem. My slippi is up-to-date.

I had this issue as well. Fixed by disabling cheats in config.

I have this problem too but im getting an error that is saying disc cannot be read with the crowd gasping

Did you happen to install libmelee? the installation involves replacing the file "GALE01r2.ini" in /Sys/GameSettings/. This file contains gecko codes.

This ended up being the problem for me. I downloaded the original file from here:

https://github.com/project-slippi/slippi-ssbm-asm/blob/master/Output/Netplay/GALE01r2.ini

and replaced the modded one with it. replace the copy in the /User/GameSettings/ as well just to be safe.

or reinstall dolphin. now i can use the akaneia build with cheats
