Added Harry Potter card following all the required steps. #87

  1. Created /src/cards/harry-potter-spells.js
  2. Created /src/data/harry-potter-spells.json
  3. Added the route in index.js
  4. Updated src/help.js and README.md
  5. The data contains 165 (>100) entries
