Get playgame under hanabi_ai package #127

Kind of the last idea from #123

playgame currently sits at root, which means project preamble is mixed with a bit of production code. Want all the python files under hanabi_ai under the project

Currently, this causes Travis to fail. With playgame no longer at the root, it is invoked from the frameworks diretory. setup.py does not list the subdirectories so that package is broken
