install issue with Winetricks for Ubuntu

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.attempt to install
2. type in PW
3.error code - Failed to fetch 
http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/g/gnutls26/libgnutls26_2.12.14-5ubun
tu3.6_i386.deb 404  Not Found [IP: 91.189.92.201 80]
  It suggests to check internet connection. connection faultless.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? expected standard 
install. above error occurs.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?  
Winetricks & winetricks program loader. ubuntu 12.04 LTS

Please provide any additional information below.

I have already reinstalled OS x2. Several restarts and connection diagnosis. 
not internet issue. all other internet operations fine.

The error you're seeing just means your OS needs to update its list of packages
before it can update itself :-)  Try "sudo apt-get update".

Not a winetricks problem.  Consult the Ubuntu forums for further help on this 
issue.
