Just to add: The clock part never flickers, only the extensions.

Today it hung on me again, and I have been using 1.4.2.

1.4.2 does not fix this issue for me. All I get is the weather and any.do
tasks. Still no SMS, missed calls or email. I'm on omega rom 44.1 on the
galaxy s3 (android version 4.2.1)

If you're having issues with individual extensions, and this is not limited to
the home screen (i.e. affects the lock screen), please file a separate bug.

Same here (Nexus 4, 4.2.2 stock). Kind of...

I`ve first think about it as homescreen widgets not updating after sometime.
The only way to solve the problem is a reboot. I`ve notice the issue using
widgetsoid`s switcher, that suddenly stops update.

But I think it goes further... when the problem happens (my reference is when
widgetsoid stops) the N4 stops receiving any other notification (system
notifications, whatsapp, twitter...).

Hi guys,
I'm Having the same problem (Galaxy S4, Android 4.2.2, Nova Launcher).
It happened in my Galaxy S2 too, and it is happening with all kinds of clock
widgets on the home screen: Fancy Widget, Beautiful Widget, Android Weather and
the regular build in widget. any solutions?

I've got the same issue, however I've found that you can resize the widget on
your home screen and that'll force it to update instead of having to reboot.

I have the same issue, Dashclock extensions don't update during Daydream on my
Galaxy Nexus. Only the time changes.

Same issue here, I am writing a widget, and correctly calling:
appWidgetManager.updateAppWidget(appWidgetId, views);

In fact, after a reboot everything starts working just fine.

I have a Maxx on stock 4.4. I have dashclock and the any.do extension. When I
clear the tasks in any do. It does not update in dashclock and instead shows
that I still have 1 or more tasks. How do I fix this?

Same problem on Nexus 5 - action launcher. Lockscreen widget updating all
extensions, but homescreen widgets not. Any workaround/ fix on the way?

+1 on this, using 1.6 with Apex 2.3 on 4.4.2/CM11. Clock updates properly, next
appointment and betterbatterystats don't.

It seems since I updated my device to Android 4.4.4, the Dashclock widget
stopped working properly. I also use Aviate (latest version) as my Launcher on
a Note 3. I am using Dashclock as a regular widget, not as my lockscreen widget.

Until recently, I have had NO issues with Dashclock updating my Gmail account.
Now it is often blank even when I receive new emails and I don't like this at
all and might have to find a different widget to do what I want, which is sad,
because Dashclock is so excellent.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the widget, cleared cache, force stopped;
nothing resolves the problem!
