Egypt Data Gaps 2021 #22

Latest two reports from CAPMAS give monthly number of deaths for June 2021 and then August 2021.

Since we avoid gaps in WMD, the info for August 2021 (56.2K deaths) is not included.

We would appreciate a contribution of July 2021 data (with source).

For public record, July 2021 deaths are still missing yet more recent data has been released: September 2021: 56.6K October 2021: 65.1K

In order to fill the data gap in July 2021, we used the average of the two neighboring months (June and August 2021) as an estimate. This is reasonable as excess mortality in Egypt seem to continue unabated, with total deaths for June and August being very similar.

Data will be revised when official info for July 2021 is released.

If anyone has a reported total number of deaths in 2021, it will allow us to have the exact number of deaths in July 2021. A contribution would be very welcome.
