Cyprus 2021 #25

In one of the recent updates to EuroStat, 2021 values were lowered significantly, most likely an error. For example, the value for 2021-Week 1 was 165, but now it shows up as 62.

We contacted EuroStat about this and will update accordingly, perhaps reverting to a slightly earlier data release for Cyprus 2021 without the error.

Temporary fix, reverted Cyprus data to as was on commit https://github.com/akarlinsky/world_mortality/commit/e3d41cf76b727acd6690a710f15969320c0a715f.

Eurostat fixed Cyprus' data. Issue is now resolved as of commit https://github.com/akarlinsky/world_mortality/commit/fe9cf1cc55b26238c4566b87d80aa7b93a4e3fd1.
