El Salvador population registry (Registro Nacional de las Personas Naturales) should have official monthly death counts from 2015 to 2020.

However, we were unable to locate it or the study conducted by Walter Otoniel Campos which is cited in our sources.

If anyone has these sources or the study by Walter Otoniel Campos, we would welcome a contribution on this.

Thanks to Lab-Dat, this has been fixed in commit 11776694cd3a81304b6750185819d307c82d9b5f.
