Scale fixed size screens to window shows uncorrect little buttons with Statisics and Achivments #686

Game language (en, hu, de):
ru

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start Game. Russian version. Main menu, Visual settings
2.Enable "Scale fixed size screens to window"
3.Enter "Statistics" or "Achivements"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 Fixed stentched size

application's directory.
