Audit the Akash docs and look for any old documentation that should be deleted.

Make PRs for anything out of date, fix any issues, and continue to improve user experience.

I'm willing and able to take on a lot of this work. I have 5-10 hours a week I can dedicate to working on this until it gets over the line.

I noticed the guides were out of date, so I decided to update them https://github.com/akash-network/website/issues/320.

I created 13 new guides over the weekend. I reorganized the guides into categories to make it neater and prettier to look at.
