Please top-up more AKT to your provider, you currently have only around 9 AKT which means it can host only one deployment.

It requires 5 AKT deposit (which gets returned when lease is closed) per 1 deployment. 1 deployment can take 1 CPU and less, i.e. 0.1 CPU.

You have about 11 CPU's, I suggest you topping it up with at least 60 AKT.
