As we see the amount of providers is growing, I've noticed there are at least 2 providers with too high BidTimeout setting.
I remember seeing the old bids from them days after..
If we have more of such providers in the network, it will significantly increase gas costs for close-deployment TXs.
I suggest setting a hard limit to BidTimeout of 10 minutes.
