[sky9x] Radio hangs when frsky telemetry is received on DEBUG serial port

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.load 1470 fw for sky9x
2.turn on radio with frsky receiver on and radio freezes until battery pull

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Sky9x on open9x ver. 1470

Please provide any additional information below.
Disconnecting telemetry wire connections solves issue until they are 
reconnected then it hangs

Just tested on r1473 with FrSky receiver and BT application on Android, 
everything works like a charm. Would you try with earlier revisions to find 
which one brought the problem on your Tx?

For the moment I have no idea and I am not able to reproduce ... Waiting for 
more information on it.
