Telemetry screen 1 displayed even when empty if set to "Bars"

Just came across it on an already configured model, haven't tested if screen 2 
does the same

Yes I know, but if you don't need it, why did you change its type to BARS?

Because I didn't change it!

Details:
My model was using the custom telemetry screen when there was only one 
available, and no bars. When the 2nd custom screen was introduced, all the 
items I had were converted to show on the 2nd screen, and the 1st was set to 
"Bars". 

So then it's a C9X problem. BTW I just noticed the 2nd telemetry screen wasn't 
implemented in C9X yet. There's only one "Telemetry Screen 1", which actually 
sets Screen 2 on the radio.
