Document possibilities and meaning for syncType attribute #8

I've seen UNSYNCED and LINE_SYNCED, however the source code does not seem to list the possibilities anywhere. Can you document the possibilities along with a small blurb of what they mean?

I have added some information about responses to the readme. I will rewrite the readme for better documentation whenever I get some free time, till then please bear with me.
