[상품등록] 필수값 노출시, 상품소개에 첨부파일 업로드 없어짐 #141

필수값 노출시 모든 입력 항목들이 나와야 정상 일 듯 싶은데, 첨부파일/리디어 라이브러리 업로드 란이 없어짐.

필수값 비노출시 첨부파일 업로드 있음
