Clean up main #14

Clean up main branch, especially the scripts folder. Archive unused code.

Do either of you use the class in this file? If not, I'll remove it and the files the reference it.

(Also a note more for myself, if we keep this file episodes is not the right index to consider when looping over alg.train)

@akataba Do we want to keep this folder. Looks like it could have some nice custom code, but I don't think the imports work.

TODO: remove results outside from main branch other than those that we want to keep for special reasons, e.g., examples or data we use in papers.
