Mupen64plus put in background when launched in Kodi 14.0 #193

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start RCB in Kodi 14.0
2.Select a Nintendo64 game and launch with mupen64plus 
3.Game will start in foreground, but will after 1-2 sec end up in background 
with RCB back in foreground. Input control is also returned to RCB, and I have 
to log in through terminal and kill mupen64plus. I can probably alt-tab i back 
to foreground, but I have no keyboard connected to this htpc.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Mupen64plus should stay in foreground

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RCB 2.0.17 (latest)
Mupen64plus 2.0.0
Command line: mupen64plus --gfx mupen64plus-video-glide64mk2 --osd --fullscreen 
"%ROM%"

Please provide any additional information below.
Running ubuntu 14.04 LTS with lightdm as VM.
No settings where changed compared to when running this in xmbc where it worked 
just fine. I am not sure if Kodi did anything with the setting when moving the 
data into the .kodi folder.
