Enchancement: Allow using twitter bootstrap style in wiki mode #16

It would be nice if the bootstrap style for wiki mode could be enabled.

Currently the needed CSS files are not extracted from fitnesse.jar when 
executing set-up goal.

Fix committed to /trunk at r404, with java example project updated to show 
theming at r405.
1.4.0-SNAPSHOT deployed to repo.
