Add 'increaseIntoNextStitch' shortcut in KEL #8

Today you have to use 'increase-into-next-stitch'. This should be shortcutted 
to "increaseIntoNextStitch" or, perhaps, something shorter like "inc 
intoNextSt".

Also add to documentation.
