Fix typo in files/html/.env #60

Not sure what this file's used for, but I noticed a typo.

I saw this too and wondered if it may have something to do with issue #58 but even with a bit of investigation I could not get it up and running using this docker set up even after making the same fix.

In the end I got it running after consulting a colleague and making a fresh container and hacking a few of the database set up commands.
