Done:

central commands pass metrics, logs and observations (statistics) to Realtime Database. This is also tested.

Remains:

passing such data from Realtime Database to Grafana and Loki

This can mean scheduled functions. No changes in the app side should be needed (unless the data contents we currently collect is not suitable for Grafana/Loki - in which case the exercise is necessary, anyways).

Made until the very end, where a scheduled Cloud Function (prototype exists) would move the data to Grafana Cloud.

Not fulfilling this (in Sep'22 release), since looking at #117 is best to be checked, first. It changes the landscape.
