Obviously (see central.js), Airbrake, Rollup and ES modules don’t work well together.

Create a repo showcasing this
File an issue at either Airbrake (likely) or Rollup, whichever seems to be the cause

There’s so much of problem with Airbrake that it’s not worth supporting.

Closing, and looking at Rollbar once we need logging & error gathering.
