Solidworks: How to get early access to R202x?

The software I have is R2022 something, but I see references to R2023 in online forums, and there's documentation for it. A Dassault employee implies that manual update would be possible. (His instructions didn't work.)

A post draft? mentions Dec 7th 2022 as the time when R2023x GA would be pushed to Solidworks Maker users, at large.

This doesn't look like a clear process to me.

• Where can I see the differences between the two, to decide whether I want to switch?
• How can I participate in early "beta" user testing?

The 3DExperience launcher already has Options. Here, there could be a checkbox [ ] Use latest beta.

It seemed there was no other way than to wait for the Dec 7th.

I think Dassault should have / reveal a beta program, and be able to have Maker users in different versions. This would take away tension from the One Global Update.
