7. Company 'set an offer' page

As an unlogged user, when I chose I am a company, I will be navigated to the company contact page as mentioned in https://github.com/akbelcolak/language-platform/issues/4. In the company contact page, I want to find information about how to set an offer as a company.

acceptance criteria:

• [ ] I will see an email address to send my offer. And information on how set an offer via email.
• [ ] to set an offer:
  • write your company name
  • Location of the company
  • which skills you are looking for
  • your capacity to take language learners and send it with an 'offer header' label on the header of the email.

This is unclear here if when you click "I am a company", you are already logged in or not. Or is it when you create your profile (account) ?

The title of the ticket is also not explicit enough. Maybe you can rename it "Company Profile Page" (if this is what the ticket is about)

I have rewritten the issue. I hope this time it is much clear. @mmelcot for now, we decide not to have a form or user login for companies. so companies and offers will be hard coded
