all the repo renieuwd. react app works, heroku works @mmelcot @colevandersWands

I have forgotten this comment: "heroku buildpacks:set heroku/nodejs" after pushing heroku to master typed it and get this message "The buildpack heroku/nodejs is already set on your app."
