As a student or a volunteer company, I want to see all the offers in one place.

acceptance criteria:

[x] when I click the OFFERS button I will be directed to the offers page.
[x] I will see all the offers on that page.

You can specify which user is involved in this user story: "As a learner user, I want to ..."

Unless this page is also available for "volunteer company". In that case you could write: " As a learner or volunteer company user, I want to...."

This will help the developer to know in which case this page is available.

I have added also the roles of the user.

I made a static HTML/CSS table of the offers page. The contents of the table have been filled in from dummy data. You can control the page. https://github.com/elifsancak/language-platform/blob/offers/client/src/components/offers.html
