Add button to revoke voice from currently speaking person.

Files to be modified: (gem/web/blueprints/session)

session_stage_discussion.html -- add "revoke" voice button
discussion_controller.js -- add "revoke" button handler. send "revoke_voice" command
discussion.py -- add "revoke_voice" command handler into manage function
