Window doesn't launch at correct size #8

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch the tracker
  2. Resize it
  3. Save the Window Size
  4. Close the tracker
  5. Launch the tracker again
  6. Revert Window Size

Observe that the window changes to the original size you saved, but why didn't the window launch at that size to begin with?
