Answering to a guest sends a mail to the comment author #271

Steps to reproduce the issue

Answer a guest comment with the option "notify user" on and "notify author" off.

Expected result

A notification mail is send only to the guest image address.

Actual result

A notification mail is send to both the guest and the new comment author.

Troubleshooting already performed

None.
