Error when displaying a site whose setup is incomplete #806

For example, if there's a WordPress site which is not properly connected we get “TypeError: Akeeba\Panopticon\Library\SoftwareVersions\WordPressVersion::isEOL(): Argument #1 ($version) must be of type string, null given”
