Feature Request: Fan smoothing #37

Hi! I just found your project and i like it because the NZXT Cam software is really overloaded.

But Ryzen cpus have this weird idle thing where they spike up for a second and then settle down again. Is there a way to smooth these spikes out? like pulling 4-6 (maybe customizable) temps and calculating an average? Would be really cool to help against these spikes.
