Error handling for invalid fan control settings #4

Add error handling for invalid fan control settings on the "Fan config" tab. Today, noting prevents the user of entering e.g. "Start increase fan speed at 40 C" and "Intermediate fan speed 60% at 35 C" which will cause a major crash...

Added validation for all fan configuration values on the "Fan Config" tab.
