Description

Propensity score matching needs comments! I'm adding those and some minor cleanup.

fixing one more bug -- the att and atc are reversed!

Fixed! They weren't actually reversed -- it was P(D=1) being calculated incorrectly, since X was modified in the ATC calculation.
