Fixing last success executed date year #693

As we can see on akeneo documentation, akeneo filter is not support date with two digit representation of a year (24-06-07) : https://api.akeneo.com/documentation/filter.html

Hi @hryvinskyi, fyi, there are more places that requires such changes and I already created PR with them, which unfortunately awaits merge for quite some time - https://github.com/akeneo/magento2-connector-community/pull/646
