Filter products by relation (e.g. "all products that have ABCD in their X_SELLs")

Feature Request

Our client requested the ability to filter products by their relation (e.g. X_SELL). This would entail

• adding cross sells to elasticsearch index
• creating a new filter class src/Pim/Bundle/FilterBundle/Filter/Product/RelationsFilter.php (what about the isAssociatedFilter.php?)
• Adding the required frontend (first draft attached below)

If you need any further information, please let us know. I am also willing to assist in development, just need to know if the process outlined above is in line with akeneo standards.

@nidup i am also interested in developing another filter. we need it inhouse here for filtering for family-variants names.
