Hi, I added argparse for reading arguments from command line. I also changed few things:

Moved Configuration class to separate file config.Config
Aker now takes config as an argument
Moved loggging configuration before instantiating Aker
Changed README.md - reformatting, adding python aker.py -h output to the end
Removed unused dependencies, sorted them, fixed few pep8 violations
