New Mobility Model for Large-scale Natural Disasters #62

We developed a new mobility model for large-scale natural disasters which was published in the ACM MSWiM 2017 conference. The code including a reference to our paper is available here:

Unless there is demand from the repository maintainers, I will not make the effort to create a pull request.
