More a feature request than an issue I guess... As you might be aware of, the Android app and web ui does only display local artists and not ones from Spotify.

I don't know if it's difficult to implement this, but it would indeed be an awesome feature! :)

Please move on to https://github.com/akezeke/spotyxbmc2, this implementation is not supported anymore. And yes, in spotyxbmc2 the standard webfrontend is showing spotify content!
