An input/output error (error 1) means a file access failed. Can it see the twinvq.o file? Is it a real file, and not just 0 bytes? Do you run out of available disk space?

Had a working install of spotyxbmc2 based on readme.
Just received an xbmc update (xbmc 2:11.0~git20120207.1fef727-0ubuntu1~ppa1~oneiric), so figured i had to recompile.
Ran following steps :
Came up with this error :
