Maybe the image at https://github.com/akgold/do4ds/blob/main/chapters/sec1/images/presentation-layer.png needs changes as below regarding "Job" vs "API"?

[Run Batches?] -> [Yes] -> [Job]
[Run Batches?] -> [No] -> [API]
