What version of the plugin/jQuery are you using?

4.11 compatibility is for 1.8+. For 1.4+ we need to change .on for .bind on all 
calls and also make changes that other person has left on other compatibility 
issues on this support forum.

(.bind deprecated since jQuery 1.7, the code uses .on but in early versions we 
have to change to the old .bind in order to get work)
