Packed version of the rating plugin DOES NOT WORK (jquery.rating.pack.js) #96

I have been using the regular unpacked file, version r41. It works.

After switching to the packed version r41

All the star stop showing. Something wrong with the packed js file!!!

I set up a test site with all the different versions and I don't seem to have 
the problem.

ps.: we're now on rev44 because I updated the documentation file, no changes 
have been made to the packed file yet.
