Allow delimiter for output to be configured #2

Summary says it all, really.

The delimiter is currently hardcoded to be the pipe ('|', defined in the 
WPFunction for Print) for data and a comma for the column names and types 
(those are slightly more difficult to change, I believe it is set in the 
QueryInfo class).
