Using composer to manage Twig library #5

Hi

I have removed the Twig library files from here and used composer to fetch it into vendor

Hi dilantha. I appreciate the pull request. In looking at the change, it is too dramatic for this library as I use it in some other projects. I noticed you also created your own module which is perfectly acceptable. I don't think I want to accept this pull request just yet as it has the potential to break things for me. I will keep this pull request open for now.

akhawaja I figured its a bit of a deviation that's why I forked it for my use. That's ok you can close this pull request off for now. I will send you any code updates I do in the bundle code.
