Link to Demonstration Website is Broken #353

On the modular experience page, the link to the demonstration website is broken.

We should restore this site and host the assets in the EIS-Modernization repository.

So, in addition to adding the asset files for the demo site, it was necessary to update the repository settings to enable the project's GitHub pages.
