Provide Information Technology Requirements #26

In Section 4.03, there is discussion of information technology requirements. A link to the appropriate document(s) needs to be provided.

@waldoj @sztaylorakgov We need to put together a technology requirements doc for the RFP.

We should start with DPA's technology requirements document, and modify that accordingly.

A great deal of that document is about DHSS ITS, which is to say that the lion's share of that document can be reused verbatim. It's not until the latter half that there's anything to be changed.

I'm dubious that there's much that I can contribute to this document, since it's overwhelmingly about matters internal to DHSS, but I'm happy to help in any capacity that I can.

I agree @waldoj Attachment A is the correct starting place.

We did a major modification to Attachment A for the DPA RFP. There might be opportunities to make some tweaks, but I'm expecting these to be small.

Maybe we pull DPA's technology requirements document into the repo as a file and close this issue for the draft RFP?

@sztaylorakgov @randyhart @waldoj I created a pull request to add the IT requirements that we used for the initial DPA procurement.
