We want to see similar experience in building progressive web apps. Toward #18.

based on these changes - do you think we need to adjust Section 5.05 language as well? It is very broad - and perhaps that is ok. Is it sufficient to address the new changes too?

given this has been approved by the two reviewers, I'm going to go ahead and merge. FWIW I agree that these changes make sense.
